What clients are saying...

Ben has worked with us on a number of projects. We have had dramatic improvement on machine performance because of Ben’s ability to diagnose the problem and come up with a better design solution. Ben is generous with his knowledge, providing training and support to our internal staff on stress analysis. I would highly recommend Ben to any company that is looking for timely and simple solutions in machine design.
— Greg Gason | Director/Technical Services Manager | Gason
It’s been a pleasure working with Ben over the past few years. His exceptional technical skills, personality and commitment to deliver the optimal solution for each and every project sets a great example for the engineering profession.
— Peter Tomasovszki | Business Owner | TruCAD
Our company engaged Ben at Custom Machines to design a new process to insert within a complex manufacturing application. Ben was incredibly responsive from the beginning; engaging quickly with the challenge to develop solutions quickly and comprehensively. Covid-19 was no barrier to collaboration and Ben used IT and regular communication to enable us to track progress on the project. The project included sourcing bespoke components and pneumatics, and ensuring the new machinery could interface with the existing. The project was delivered on budget and integrated flawlessly with the existing machinery. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely reach out to Ben again when the next production machinery challenge arises!
— Damian Pederick | GENERAL MANAGER | REMAX DOORS
We had a very challenging machine that needed to be designed and built. A lot of people did not want to take this on but Ben was excited about doing it. He has a very broad range of skills and was very good at finding the solutions to every obstacle that came along. Excellent communication meant I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. I would confidently recommend Ben to anyone.
